BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

DATA RECIPIENTS (ENTITIES FROM THE SERVICES WE USE)

 

User data may be transferred to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including competent judicial authorities.

The Administrator uses the services of other entities that provide business support services, such as:

• hosting companies providing space on servers,
• partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites),
• in the event of concluding an agreement with the Administrator regarding applying for financial assistance – to the relevant financing institutions,
• partnercooperating with the Administrator based on civil law contracts, supporting current operations,
