BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The administrator processes personal data only in cases where there is a legal basis for doing so, i.e
- taking action at the user’s request before concluding a contract with the Administrator (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
- concluding or performing a contract concluded with the Administrator (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
- fulfilment of tax and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in connection with the relevant provisions of tax and accounting law);

DATA RECIPIENTS (ENTITIES FROM THE SERVICES WE USE)
User data may be transferred to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including competent judicial authorities.
The Administrator uses the services of other entities that provide business support services, such as:
- hosting companies providing space on servers,
- partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites),
- in the event of concluding an agreement with the Administrator regarding applying for financial assistance – to the relevant financing institutions,
- partnercooperating with the Administrator based on civil law contracts, supporting current operations,
- marketing agencies,
- software providers for customer and potential customer service,
- providers of tools used for marketing or analytical purposes (including cookies and similar technologies),
- debt collection companies,
- in the case of sending the parcel traditionally, also to the company providing courier/postal services.

The administrator processes data only for the period in which it has a legal basis for doing so, i.e. until:
- he will no longer have a legal obligation to process data or
- the possibility of pursuing any claims related to cooperation by either party will cease or
- the user withdraws consent to data processing if it was the basis for it or
- an objection to the processing of personal data will be accepted if the basis for data processing was the legitimate interest of the administrator or the data were processed for direct marketing purposes.
